Hawks, to retain top four spot vs Knicks

The Atlanta Hawks meet the New York Knicks with hopes to retain their spot in the top four in the Eastern Conference. The Knicks on the other hand is just looking to continue their winning momentum when they play in this game. These two teams will meet on December 8, 2022, at 8:30 AM (GMT+8), as the Knicks host their match. Currently, the hosts are 11-13, while the visitors are at 13-11. While the Hawks are coming from a 121-114 loss to the Thunder, the Knicks are coming off a 92-81 win against the Cavaliers.

This is an important match for the Hawks because a failure to win this game means slowly forgoing their top four chance. This is also their chance to bounce back after their loss on their previous fixture. Additionally, this is their chance to prove why they are in the top four of the contest. As for the Knicks, they aim to capitalize their winning momentum to get a win in this match. They are lucky to have this momentum as they had a disappointing campaign during their early games. If they want to improve their current standing in the Eastern Conference, they need to continue their winning streak.
